If you are arranging your own event and would like to hire our crockery we have a few different packages available, or you can make your own package.

Once you have decided your package a 25% deposit is required to secure your date. Final payment is due 2 weeks before your event together with a breakage deposit. Should your booking be at short notice prior to two weeks full payment is required.

Delivery is free up to 8 miles from BR6 on orders over £50, then 40p a mile thereafter. We will collect crockery from you within 48 hours of your event.
Orders under £50 are collection only. Crockery should be returned to us within 48 hours of your event.
No need to wash up, but please remove excess food or drink. Just carefully box up and we will do the rest. Instructions for packing the china safely will be provided upon delivery/collection.
All crockery will be checked upon delivery to you/collection by you, and when returned to ensure there is no damage or breakages
Please note that all crockery and items hired remain the property of Afternoontea4all at all times. The client is responsible for the property of Afternoontea4all from delivery to collection.

Breakages
A breakage deposit of a minimum of £100 cash is charged in advance of delivery/collection depending on the hire package. This will be returned to you once all crockery and items hired are accounted for.

Damages and losses will be charged at the following rates:
